Retainer Policy

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment

$20 for most services
20% of your total if you’re booking microlinks, color, or purchasing hair through Tee Styling & Co.

Retainers are applied toward your final balance and can be transferred once with 24 hours’ notice.

No Extra Guests

Appointments are private, one-on-one experiences. No additional guests or children at this time. This ensures a calm, focused environment for you and your stylist.

Need to Adjust Your Service?

Service changes must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to allow proper preparation and scheduling adjustments.

Grace Period / Late Policy

A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at the stylist's discretion, and your retainer will be forfeited.

No Call / No Show

No call, no shows cannot not be rebooked. The retainer is forfeited, and future access may be restricted.

Hair Purchases

Hair must be paid in full before ordering. No refunds are issued once the order has been placed. Please verify length, texture, and quantity before completing your purchase.

Do I need a consultation?

Consultations are recommended for new clients, major transformations, texture-altering services, or microlinks.

How should I prep for a color service?

Shampoo your hair 2–3 days before your appointment. Avoid heavy oils or styling products.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, as long as it’s done 24+ hours in advance. Anything less will result in a forfeited retainer.

Can I book multiple services at once?

Yes, if they’re listed as separate services on the booking page. If you're unsure what to book, contact us before booking.

Do you relax, natural hair?

Yes, but a consultation may be required depending on your texture and history.

Do you trim natural hair in its curly/coily state?

Yes, if you regularly wear your hair that way. If you usually wear your hair straight, the cut will be done in its straightened state.

do you offer Pixie cuts on natural hair?

No. Pixie and shortcut styles are only offered for relaxed hair clients.

do you work with previously relaxed or damaged hair?

Yes, please book a consultation first to ensure your scalp and strands are strong enough for the desired service.

What if I’m not sure which service to book?

Book a consultation. It’s the best way to get expert guidance before you commit.

How should I prep for a relaxer|texture altering service?

For the health of your scalp and the best results:

• No scratching, brushing, or scalp irritation for at least 3–5 days before your appointment

• Avoid tight styles, ponytails, or anything that causes tension

• Do not shampoo within 5 days of your appointment

• Keep your scalp clean, but free of oils, gels, or edge control

If your scalp is irritated or sensitive, reschedule. A healthy base is a must for chemical services
